Goal

The existing Preventive Maintenance functionality is not correct as manual work orders in unrelease status have the sequence and cycle as -1 for a fresh run. Also why is the released manual work order not rescheduled or re-sequenced by the Preventive Maintenance Engine. The work order in draft and unreleased status is honored with correct cycle and sequence but once the status is changed to released the cycle and sequence is changed to -1,-1
