R12 : Change of GL Encumbered Date to A Future Date In Buyer Work Center Does Not Update the GL Encumbered Period Name to Future Period (Doc ID 2832017.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
In BWC, When a BPA is created with future encumbered date , the data in the PO_distributions_all table shows , the encumbered date as future date , but the encumbered period name does not get updated  resulting in out of  Sync with encumbered date change.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The Encumbered Period name and Period date should be in sync

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will, with the following steps:

1. Create a Blanket - with Encumbrance
2. Navigate to the control tab , enter future date

(example :  if current date is 1-Jan-2022 , enter the Encumbered date at  01-Mar-2022 , in the Control tab)

3. Click on Save and Apply
4. Note the period and the encumbered date

(Resulting data in Po Distributions table Encumbered date "1-Mar-2022"  GL Encumbered Period Name "JAN-22")
