Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 Production version, Service Request Form

When attempting to open the SR attachments the following error is thrown:

ERROR

APP-FND-00005: Incorrect arguments were passed to user exit #MESSAGE_TOKEN ‘Encoded_external_url'
Please correct the user exit call in your form exit


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Service Responsibility
2) Find Service Request
3) Open SR and click on Attachment Icon
4) Click on Open Document when error is thrown
