Symptoms

After upgrading to 12.2.10, there is a performance issue with the PRC: Create and Distribute Burden Transactions process when run for a Range of Projects.

If the Through Date parameter is passed, the problem statement is:

1.  Project Costing Super User
2.  Run Other | Request | Run | PRC:  Create and Distribute  Burden Transaction
