How to reset the claims personalized search / saved search
Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, CLAIMS
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

One User cannot open Claims screen in Channel Revenue Management as it times out after 15 minutes.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Trade management user
2. Click on a claim
3. Wait for 15 minutes and get a time out screen.
