Last updated on FEBRUARY 09, 2024

Information in this document applies to any platform.
REPORT:REQIMPORT - Requisition Import
(Checked & Edited for Relevance: 24-APR-2015)

Symptoms

The Requisition Import process automatically creates Purchase Orders in Incomplete status, from Imported Requisitions.  Each time a Planned Order  from the MRP Planners Workbench is released, the CREATEPO Workflow automatically creates a Standard Purchase Order without the option to manually create the Purchase Order through the Autocreate form.

The desired functionality for this particular case is to NOT automatically create Purchase Orders when requisition is imported.

Note: Other customers may wish to have this functionality... it is customer specific requirement whether this functionality is to be in place per customer business process
