DataInstall Fails with java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -1 (Doc ID 2832205.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When selecting legislation to install in the DataInstall menu, following error occurs. DataInstall menu does not list all the products (e.g. Human Resources).

Example:

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Execute DataInstall

  2.  Select legislation to install
     e.g.
     Enter your choice (for example 2I) : 1I

  3.  Error occurs
