Symptoms

Problem Description

Concurrent India-GSTIN Inbound Process concurrent is failing with an error. 

Error (from concurrent log)

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

Error (at e invoice interface table)
------
Table : Jai_Gst_Rept_Inbound_Interface
Column                        Value 
REMARKS                       Error : DUPLICATE DATA HAS BEEN INSERTED
RECORD_TYPE_CODE      ERROR_DUPLICATE_DATA

As these errored records exists in interface table, this concurrent is failing with an error.
