On : 12.2.10 version, Requisitions
When attempting to view the Action History for a Purchase Requisition (PR) in the Purchasing Buyer Work Center (PBWC) the following errors occur.

Steps to reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application with Purchasing Super User Responsibility
2. Go to Buyer Work Center -> Requisitions -> Summary
3. Query an 'APPROVED' requisition
4. Click on Approved link
5. Receive the errors
