Using the US SUPER HRMS Manager responsibility

When attempting to submit the Request Set > W2 Register in upgrade instance the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After upgrading to 12.2.
2. Using the US HRMS Manager responsibility
3. Submit the Request Set > W2 Register
4. Observe the error
