Payslip Incorrectly Shows 0.00 Net Pay Year to Date (YTD) Balance (Doc ID 2832563.1)

Symptoms

An active employee has multiple assignments and one of the assignments is terminated. When the terminated assignment is processed in payroll, but has no earnings or deductions, the Year to Date (YTD) balance for Net Pay incorrectly shows 0.00 on the payslip . It should show the net between YTD earnings and deductions.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

In US HRMS Manager responsibility or equivalent:

1. Run concurrent processes for Payroll Process, PrePayments, and Payroll Archive. 

    Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request

2. View payslip and see the YTD for Net Pay incorrectly shows 0.00. 

Navigate from Employee Self Service responsibility > Payslips
