OTL Create Timecard Does Not Fit Into Page In 12.2.x (Doc ID 2832568.1)

Goal

After we migrated to 12.2.10 the OTL create timecard screen is not fitting to screen size.
Can you please let us know how to reduce the OTL Timecard screen size to fit into screen ?
