Time Entry Error 'You Must Not Enter Time Crossing Midnight For Days With Daylight Saving' (Doc ID 2832573.1)

Symptoms

 When entering time entries crossing midnight, getting the following error Even though the day is not falling on Daylight Saving. (DST).

If time entries entered with 15,30,45,00 intervals are working fine without error (4:00,4:15,4:30,4:45 ). If time entries other that that, the error is raised.

ERROR

  'You must not enter time crossing midnight for days with Daylight Saving clock adjustment'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Self service time >crate timecard
select one day for example  Dec 20 and enter the following :-
 Start 17:45
 Stop 04:35  getting error ***  'You must not enter time crossing midnight for days with Daylight Saving clock adjustment'.

On Dec 21
Start 17:45
Stop 04:45 no error
