Symptoms
In Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management, Release 12.2.4 through 12.2.8, an error occurs when searching for suppliers.
The issue began to occur after the following patch was applied:
- Patch 33133716:R12.POS.D UI CHANGES FOR SHOWING DUNS AS UEI FOR SAM SUPLIERS
Due to this issue, users cannot perform the supplier searches.

Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Applications.
2. Navigate to P2P Supplier Maintenance > Suppliers > SAM Vendor Maintenance > SAM Vendors.
3. Search for the SAM Vendors. The error occurs at this point.
