In Receivables > Customers Search By Customer Name and All Status, No Results Returned But The Customer is in The Database (Doc ID 2832684.1)

Symptoms


Receivables > Customer organization search by Name for all customers (active and inactive), for a particular customer name,
does not return the customer. DQM is not being used for the search.


Expect the customer to be returned when searching by any criteria.

 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

RESPONSIBILITY: Receivables Manager
NAVIGATION: Receivables > Customers
 
1. Search in Simple Search for customer name > All Status
2. Customer does not return
3. Search for customer name in the database and customer is returned
