Symptoms

Attempt to Post a Budget Journal in the General Ledger (GL) Posting form, observe the form shows error.

ERROR
APP-SQLGL-08046: the batch you selected is either not postable, already selected for posting, or being posted


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into General Ledger Super User Responsibility
2. Journals > Post
3. Select a Budget Batch
4. Observe the error is displayed as a note message by the form

Changes

 Yearly Budget entered in GL at the beginning of the year.
