Getting Errors Generating OKCEXPOR.plx and OKCADCPY.plx After Applying a Patch (Doc ID 2832930.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading an 11i instance and applying the 12.2.11 patch (31856789), the libraries OKCEXPOR.plx and OKCADCPY.plx fail to generate. The following errors are shown in the worker files:

Errors

Compilation errors on CONTROL:
PL/SQL ERROR 302 at line 2177, column 28
component 'FROM_K' must be declared
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 2177, column 9
Statement ignored

PL/SQL ERROR 306 at line 2203, column 5
wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'COPY_COMPONENTS'
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 2203, column 5
Statement ignored

Compilation errors on LAUNCH:
PL/SQL ERROR 302 at line 2353, column 37
component 'UPDATE_TEMPLATE_CONTRACT' must be declared
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 2353, column 15
Statement ignored
