Process Transfer Time From OTL to BEE Errors With No Error in the Log (Doc ID 2833154.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to run Transfer Time from OTL to BEE, the process errors, but the log file shows only:

Concurrent Request for "Transfer Time from OTL to BEE" has completed with error.

FND Log shows below error:

ORA-06512: at "APPS.HXC_GENERIC_RETRIEVAL_UTILS", line 219

ORA-06512: at "APPS.HXC_GENERIC_RETRIEVAL_PKG", line 6268

p_transaction_process_id is -1

p_status is WARNINGS

p_description is ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error


Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Activate FND Debug as per <Note 2321999.1> How to Generate FND Log for HCM Issues
2. (N)OTL Developer Responsibility> Processes and Reports - Submit Processes and Reports
3. Run Transfer Time from OTL to BEE. Check the log file
4. Check FND Log.
