When Updating Quote Lines and Applying, there is no Processing (spinning) in Browser Tab (Doc ID 2833317.1)

On : 12.2.9 version, Asset Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that when updating termination quote lines, after clicking apply, there is no browser-tab progress icon spinning before message "Quote Updated Successfully". However, during quote creation, browser-tab progress icon shows spinning, before it display message "Quote Created Successfully". User has no way to know, to wait for update to complete.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see processing (spinning) in browser tab while the system is working.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using lease super user responsibility, query a termination quote in drafted status.
2. Navigate to amounts tab.
3. Click on update amounts.
4. Update a few of those amounts.
5. Click on apply.
There is no spinning on the browser tab until the job is done and the update confirmation is received.
