In Oracle iProcurement, In the Shopping Cart Pop-Up Window, Link "Hide Delivery and Biling" Is Misspelled (Doc ID 2833419.1)

In Oracle iProcurement, Release 12.2.4 and later, in the Shopping Cart pop-up window, one of the link titles (labels) is misspelled.

It is currently showing as "Hide Delivery and Biling".  The word "Biling" is not correctly spelled.
It should be displayed as "Hide Delivery and Billing".


Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Oracle Applications.
2. In iProcurement responsibility, add one or more items to cart.
3. Click the View Cart and Checkout button.
4. On the Shopping Cart pop-up window, click to expand the region "Show Delivery and Biling".
Now, the link "Hide Delivery and Biling" appears, but "Biling" is misspelled.  It should be displayed as "Hide Delivery and Billing".
