Full Data Load Errors on eam-store-wo data set with ORA-12899: value too large for column (Doc ID 2833448.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Enterprise Asset Management Command Center Data Load, the following error is observed in the program log for eam-store-wo data set

There is SQLException while applying load rule for dataset eam-store-wo for job 7,601
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "EAM"."EAM_ECC_STORES_WO_TEMP"."MATERIAL_OPEN" (actual: 44, maximum: 30)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsbility Enterprise Asset Management
2. Submit Request> Enterprise Asset Management Command Center Data Load
3. Observe error
