ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

after upgrading EBS 12.1.3 instance to 12.2.9 and trying to Save pdf payslip on local machine from Edge browser. it is showing only .htm and not able to save the pdf.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Employee Self Service >Payslip
2- Open PDF Payslip in the browser but when click on download or save . There is no option to save it as PDF
