Symptoms

A user is trying to create a record in the 'Parties and Contacts' tab of the Contract's Authoring Wizard but the role 'Fund by' does not have the desired party listed in the LOV.  This role could be selected a month ago.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Contracts responsibility
2. Contract Organizer | Query up the Contract | Actions | Authoring Wizard | 'Parties and Contract' tab
3. Place the cursor in the 'Role' field and select ' Fund by'. Note the desired party is no longer available.
