Getting following Error when accessing download processor monitoring

javax.servlet.ServletException: [HTTP:101249][ServletContext@2085087005[app:oacore module:/OA_HTML path:/OA_HTML spec-version:2.5 version:1.0.0]]: Servlet class _pages.__iemcrmchrome for servlet /iemcrmchrome.jsp could not be loaded because the requested class was not found in the classpath .
java.lang.ClassFormatError: Illegal UTF8 string in constant pool in class file _pages/__iemcrmchrome.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Email Center Administrator responsibility
3. Navigate to Download Processor
