Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
Receipt taxes are accounted incorrectly . The accounting is generated to wrong Organization, Location combination

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should pick appropriate organization and location and generate accounting correctly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Receipt in OPM Organization
2. Check in Tools > India tax details if GST Taxes attached
3. Confirm taxes
4. Verify Accounting from Tools> View India tax accounting
