When opening Bank Statement Reconciliation Form from Custom Responsibility, the following error occur.

Error : AXCABMR.set_sys_par org_id= XX,LE_ID=XX,ba_id=XX procedure raised unhandled exception

When trying to open the form from seeded responsibility, no issue is noted.
