Symptoms

On : 12.2.9

When attempting to delete a quality plan in Quality Workbench,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your system administrator for assistance



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Quality: Workbench
2. Collection results
3. Select Organization
4. Search Plans, PO
5. click Delete button
6. Error page: 'You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance'

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot delete the plan
