Symptoms

When attempting to Inspect the Receipt from iSupplier Portal,
the Receiving Transaction Processor (RTP) is completing in error.

ERROR

In RTP request Log file, following error is printed:

ORA-06512: at "APPS.APP_EXCEPTION", line 72
ORA-06512: at "APPS.JAI_RCV_RT_BRI_T1 returne
RVTTH-060: Subroutine rvtthins() returned error

FND Debug Log is showing following error:

JAI.PLSQL.JAI_RCV_TAX_DET_PKG.DETERMINE_RCV_TAX ORA-1422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iSupplier Portal.
2. Query for the Receipt and Correct the Receipt.
3. Create RECEIVE again with correct Details.
4. Inspect the Receipt.
5. RTP is completing in error.
