Using Purchasing, Version 12.2.10

Actual:
Encountering errors when updating the purchase order shipment.

Expected:
The shipment should allow the update to proceed without any errors.

Errors:
FRM-40735: Argument 2 to bultin COPY cannot be null:

Replication:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchase Orders/Purchase Orders
2. Query the purchase order
3. Lines - then shipments
4. Attempt to update the shipment - error occurs.

Changes

 Upgrade has taken place.
