Symptoms

Order Organizer form - BillTo Search is giving Errors

1. when user click on 'Bill To Customer' field then giving error message: "Cannot replace group: columns don't match LOV"

2. when user search some value on 'Bill To Customer' field then giving error message: "Invalid value for field HDR_invoice_to_customer_name"
