ARCMGTAP Errors in Approval Process with ORA-01403: no data found (Doc ID 2835248.1)

Symptoms

Credit Application workflows (ARCMGTAP) are all ending in error with the following error after changing the approval list in AME:


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Credit Management Superuser
Navigation: Credit Application

  1. Submit a new Credit Request of a customer.
  2. Run the Workflow Background Process for ARCMGTAP to process the workflow.
  3. Go through each step of the approval process, before the workflow ends in error.
