R12: AP: Error in Approval Workflow When Using "Delegate your response" option (Doc ID 2835472.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to delegate notification related to AP invoice to another user,
the following error occurs.

Error:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not create Java class: (oracle.apps.fnd.wf.worklist.internal.webui.NtfReassignProcessingCO) associated with region: (FNDPROCESSSTACKRN). This is probably because the class name is wrong or not included in project.

at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAWebBeanHelper.processRequestChildren(OAWebBeanHelper.java:959)

Steps to reproduce the situations are:

  1. Login with manager using Payables Responsibility
  2. From Worklist open notification
  3. Check on Delegate and select other user
  4. Press OK and Unexpected Error will appear
