Symptoms
On : 12.2.7 version, Wave Planning
Find when a user opens the wave Dashboard and expands the data on the left hand side, the user clicks on the wave to get the details to populate and the error appears at the bottom and no details are presented in the form:
The user is able to create a wave for single orders but receives the error while trying to create a larger wave ( for multiple orders ).

FRM-40735: APPTREE_EVENT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-12899
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign into Wave Dashboard using WMS responsibility.
2. click on the wave to get details and error appears.
