Can We Change the Date on Unposted Receipt Reversal After Saving? (Doc ID 2835687.1)

A receipt was created and it was partially applied to few receipts in Dec period and the receipt was reversed in Jan Period .

Now we have unapplied balance showing in AR Aging in DEC period.
The reversals have not been posted to GL. The unapplied cash entries however were posted.
Is there a way that we could post the reversal entry to dec period to remove the balance from aging?
