Stuck Pending Transactions Were Resubmitted on the Pending Transaction Form, Now There are Duplicated Transactions

Symptoms
There were stuck pending transactions in mtl_material_transactions_temp (MMTT) for a batch and they were resubmitted. Now there are duplicate transactions in mtl_material_transactions (MMT).
Need to delete these.
STEPS
--------
1. The pending transactions were seen on the Pending Transactions form (Inventory > Transactions > Pending Transactions) and were resubmitted on that form.
2. The duplicate transactions can be seen on the Material Transactions form in Inventory (Inventory > Transactions > Material Transactions) or the batch View Material Transactions form (Production Supervisor > Batch Details > Inventory > View Material Transactions).
