Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, CLAIMS
User is reporting they are receiving Error Stale Data when applying change to Claim Mass Update.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trade Management User > Claims
2. Select 2 claims, click mass update
3. Make change to update the claim owner.
4. Click apply, error received.
