Exception Default_discount_and_amount_applied : Apply: ORA-1403: no data found and Not Able To Settle Claim And Transaction in Trade Management (Doc ID 2835814.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, CLAIMS



Not able to settle claim and transaction, Status is-Rejected.


Validation error message was displaying for selecting more than one payment schedule for the same invoice to settle.


Reproducible Steps:

  1. Login to the application -->(R) Oracle Trade Management
  2. Create a payment schedule
  3. Go to mass settlement screen
  4. Select an OPM Claim
  5. Select the inovice1 for $20 and other payment schedule for same invoice for $50
  6. Click on Next ->Now error message will display and unable to submit.
