STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Local receivables responsibility
2. Open the tax repository form and Upload the JSON file
3. India GSTIN Inbound process gets submitted
4. The program ends in error with the log and output showing "ORA-20001"
