R12: AP: New "1099 Electronic Media XML Publisher" Concurrent Program is Failing with Errors ORA-06550 and PLS-00201. (Doc ID 2835903.1)

Symptoms

New "1099 Electronic Media XML Publisher" - APXT7CMT2 concurrent program is failing with many errors "ORA-06550: line 2, column 1: PLS-00201:"

After applying <patch 33372456> and the new concurrent program "1099 Electronic Media XML Publisher" is added to AP responsibility, the new program it is failing with below errors, shown in the log file:

PLS-00201: identifier 'AP_APXT7CMT2_XMLP_PKG.P_DEBUG_SWITCH' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 2, column 1:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored

PLS-00201: identifier 'AP_APXT7CMT2_XMLP_PKG.P_MIN_PRECISION' must be declared

Package AP_APXT7CMT2_XMLP_PKG does not exist in the database schema APPS

The following SELECT executed in the APPS schema, returns No rows:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. <Patch 33372456> applied successfully.
  2. Log into Applications using a Payables responsibility.
  3. Open the Standard Request Submission (SRS) form
    (N) Other > Requests > Run
  4. Submit new concurrent "1099 Electronic Media XML Publisher"
  5. Request Completes with Error.
