Goal

Should User Be Able To Create a Site Usage with the Same Value Another Site Has Used in Location Field When Using API when the same action in the form produces error?
 

  1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager
    Navigation: Query up customer number 21088 via Customers -> Create and Maintain

    Location xyz is used for Ship_TO with site number
    Now try to create a Ship_To with Location xyz for Site Number and Save
    Received error: Location already exists for this business purpose and customer.

2. Using TCA API hz_cust_account_site_v2pub.create_cust_site_use to create a different usage for the same site in same org using the same value for LOCATION, it completes with no error
