Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, CRM HTML Administration Responsibility
Unable to assign roles to users from the User Maintenance page in the CRM HTML Administration Responsibility, when assigning the role the following error occurs:

Error Granting Role
STEPS
--------
(R)CRM HTML Administration > Setup > Users > Registration > User Maintenance
Query a User Name > Click on User Name link > Click Roles
Move any Role from Available to Assigned and click Update
Error is received.

Upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10, editioned views and triggers did not exist in 12.1.3.
