Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Customer Service
When attempting to create a transfer and assumption request after database upgrade to 19c,
the following error occurs.

Can't reach this page
Make sure the web address ....... is correct
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using lease super user responsibility, query a booked contract.
2. Action >> Quote for modifications.
3. Navigate to requests tab.
4. Create Transfer and Assumption >> Go.
The error will display
