Symptoms

When attempt to de-enroll from a plan, the following error occurs:

ERROR

APP-BEN-93288: The link criteria for the element are more restrictive than the eligibility criteria for the compensation object.
These criteria must by in sync.
Either create a general element link to avoid restrictions on the element or add more eligibility restrictions to the compensation object.
