Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Customers Module

Unable to create a Customer due to the Leading Zero not getting saved in the Postal Code field in the Address region. The system is giving the following error.:



STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers-> Create/Maintain -> Site -> enter address
