Symptoms
On : 12.2.8 version, Charges UI, APIs, and schema
Getting the following error when submitting charges

Submit Order Failed :CS_Charge_Create_Order_PVT.Submit_Order -ORA -01422:exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Service responsibility
3. Navigate to Service Requests >Create Service Requests
4. Query for Service Request
5. Add Credit Card details and save
6. Make another change on Service Request and save
7. Make another change on SR and save
8. Search for SR
9. Create charge line and submit charges
Observe the above error
