ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The approved revenue budget has an end date after project end date
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The approved revenue budget should have an end date before the project end date
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Project responsibility
2. Open Budget form
3. Query Project number and budget type.
4. Click on Details button.
5. Review budget line end date.
