Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, AD UTILITIES

AutoConfig for AP tier migration failed

ERROR

Updating Server Security Authentication
java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Invalid number format for port number
Database connection to jdbc:oracle:thin:@host_name:port_number:database failed
Updating Server Security Authentication failed with exit code 1
Restoring DBC file from backed up location <Base Dir>/inst/apps/<SID>_<HOST>/appltmp/TXK/<SID>/<SID>_<DATE>.dbc

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

After AutoConfig error, in context file the parameter jdbc_url ("s_apps_jdbc_connect_descriptor") and cmanport ("s_cmanport") were update to be old database settings.
