Symptoms

When a new agreement is created in the Agreement form an error is encountered when saving.
The error happens after having searched for an existing agreement and the query does not find an existing one.

Steps to Reproduce
----------------------

1. Log into a Projects responsibility
2. Navigate to Billing > Agreement
3. Enter query mode using F11 or the Spyglass button on the form
4. Enter an agreement number or another value on the form
5. Execute the query with Ctrl-F11 or the spyglass on the form
6. The form returns no results
7. Create a new record
8. Enter the new agreement information
9. Save
10. Error is encountered.
