Oracle Warehouse Management - Version 12.2.10 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

After querying by serial number in the Material Workbench (View By=Location), you
expand the the Navigation Tree to view the serials.  Instead of displaying the serial numbers,
the "Query Lot Attributes" Sub Form opens, prompting you to query for lot numbers.
This occurs even if the item is not lot controlled.

The following steps were  performed in the Vision Demo Database:

  1. Change org to W1.

  2. Navigate: Warehouse Manager(R) > Inquiry > Material Workbench

  3. Click the Serial tab, enter Serial RC10010, and click the Find button.
Note: This is associated with Item RC_SERIAL which not lot controlled.
but issue occurs for lot controlled items as well.

  4. In the Navigation Tree, expand the tree down to the Locator
    Organizations > W1 > On-hand > FGI > 1.1.1..
The "Query Lot Attributes" form opens
