Payroll Process changing  Benefit Deduction Element Entry End Date on Terminated Employees


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Element Dental Plan  has termination rules final close

2. Employee terminated with actual termination date 07-Jan-2022 and no final process date 

3- Manually end dated the element entry to be 31 Jan 2022

4-After run payroll   ,Element entry End Date for the element 'Dental Plan' is changed to the Actual Termination Date of the Employee which is 7-JAN-2022.
